Mitzi Garrett has submitted an application requesting a five-foot side yard setback variance to Article 6, Section 608 of the Land Development Ordinance to construct a 28’ x 10’ pergola. The structure will be constructe4d inside of the existing fence. The R-1 zone requires a five-foot setback for accessory structures. 3. Wes Williford has submitted an application asking for city water to be extended to 1384 North Bayou, Cleveland, MS for the construction of a new home. Mr. Williford will have to cover the expenses and own the water line that is extended. The address is outside the city limits.
