Lauren Conner has submitted an application for a variance to Article 6, Section 609 of the Land Development Ordinance for minimum lot width and minimum lot area to construct a new home at 700 Maple. The R-2 zoning district requires an 80’ minimum lot width and her existing lot is 65’. Minimum lot area requires 9,000 square feet and the lot has only 7,995 square feet. Ms. Connor’s plat shows that she will meet all setback requirements. 3. Lauren Conner has submitted an application for a variance to Article 6, Section 609 of the Land Development Ordinance for minimum lot width and minimum lot area to construct a new home at 702 Maple.
