Jacqueline Drummond has submitted an application for a special exception to the Land Development Ordinance Article 6, Section 615 on permitted uses. Ms. Drummond has leased space at 201 E. Sunflower Suite 1 for a medical clinic. After revision of the Land Development Ordinance, medical facilities are now allowed in the B-2 zone by special exception only. 3. Willie Simmons has submitted an application to rezone a parcel of land located at 623 Ruby Street from R-2 single family residential to B-3 highway commercial. Mr. Simmons would also like to request an address change for that parcel of land to be properly addressed with a S.
