CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES March 8, 2016 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on March 8, 2016, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Ellie St. Pierre. Also present were board members Ellie St. Pierre, Donald Humes and Gerald Lillard. Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick and Mark Smith were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Nick Sfilakis with Nick’s Pizza, Janice Neyman with the Museum Center and City Attorney John Kimball. Donald Humes moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on March 8, 2016 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Nickolaos Sfilakis will be operating Nick’s Pizza, Steaks and More located at 4265 TL Rogers Street NW. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit Application. Upon review of the application and survey, Geralk Lillard moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Janice Neyman will be holding an special occasion event at the Museum Center at 5ive Points. She has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit Application. Upon review of the application and survey, Donald Humes moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
