CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES September 13, 2016 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on September 13, 2016, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes and Gerald Lillard. Mark Smith and Ellie St. Pierre were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Shawn McKay, City Clerk, Seth Eskind with Best Brands, Inc., and City Attorney John Kimball. Gerald Lillard moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on August 9, 2016 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Upon review of the application and survey Donald Humes moved to approve the following permit under the consent agenda: • Best Brands, Inc. located at 134 Industrial Court (Class 7) Owner: Best Brands, Inc. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
