CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES December 13, 2016 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on December 13, 2016, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Gerald Lillard and Ellie St. Pierre. Mark Smith was absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Bryant, Beer Board Secretary, Nikita Patel with Dalton Pike Market, Jesus Ybarra with El Maguey’s and City Attorney John Kimball. Ellie St. Pierre moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on September 13, 2016 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Nikita Patel will be operating Dalton Pike Market located at 2000 Dalton Pike. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Ellie St. Pierre that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Jesus Ybarra will be operating El Maguey’s located at 3700 Michigan Ave Rd NE. They have met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application, Donald Humes moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
