CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES October 10, 2017 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on October 10, 2017, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Mark Smith, Donald Humes, Gerald Lillard and Ellie St. Pierre. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, Jesus Ybarra with Taqueria El Maguey and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on August 8, 2017 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. After review of the following application and survey on the consent agenda, Mark Smith moved that the listed permits be approved. • Taqueria El Maguey located at 1005 Keith St NW Class: 1 (Restaurant) Owner: Jesus Ybarra The motion to approve the consent agenda was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
