CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES JANUARY 9, 2018 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on January 9, 2018, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Mark Smith. Also present were board members Donald Humes and Gerald Lillard. Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick and Ellie St. Pierre were absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, Janice Neyman with the Museu, amd Bhavin Patel with Quick Check Market. Gerald Lillard moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on December 12, 2017 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
