CITY OF CLEVELAND BEER BOARD MINUTES May 8, 2018 BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their scheduled monthly meeting on May 8, 2018, at the Cleveland Municipal Building. Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members Donald Humes, Mark Smith and Ellie St. Pierre. Gerald Lillard was absent from the meeting. Others in attendance according to the sign-in sheet were Kim Bivens, Beer Board Secretary, Truptiben Patel with Sunrise Food Mart, Mitul Patel with Fairfield Inn & Suites and City Attorney John Kimball. Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on April 10, 2018 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Truptiben Patel will be operating Sunrise Food Mart located at 2307 N Ocoee St. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Donald Humes; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. Mitul Patel - Vision Cleveland, LLC will be operating Fairfield Inn & Suites located at 2815 Westside Dr NW. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and upon roll call, unanimously passed. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
