BEER BOARD MINUTES
September 11, 2018
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT the City of Cleveland Beer Board held their
scheduled monthly meeting on September 11, 2018, at the Cleveland Municipal Building.
Present and presiding was Chairman Joe Kirkpatrick. Also present were board members
Donald Humes, Mark Smith, Ellie St. Pierre and Gerald Lillard. Others in attendance
according to the sign-in sheet were Christy Brandon, Beer Board Secretary, Darryl
Bishop with Old Mill Tavern and City Attorney John Kimball.
Mark Smith moved to accept the minutes of the regular session held on July 10,
2018 and approved them as written. The motion was seconded by Ellie St. Pierre; and
upon roll call, unanimously passed.
Darryl Bishop will be operating the Old Mill Tavern located at 432 S. Church
Street. He has met all of the requirements of the Beer Permit application. Upon review of
the application and survey, Mark Smith moved that the permit be approved. The motion
was seconded by Gerald Lillard; and upon roll call, unanimously passed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
