MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2016 AT 12:00 PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Charlotte Jones, Chairman, at 12:01 P.M. Members present included Charlotte Jones, Clint Taylor, Ed Brown and Steve Wright. Members absent included Dan Moore. Staff present included Corey Divel, Senior Planner and Darla Jenkins, Administrative Assistant. Legal Counsel present included John Kimball, Attorney for the City of Cleveland. Others present were Clark Taylor and Joyanna Love of The Cleveland Daily Banner. The minutes of the October 13, 2015 meeting were presented for approval. There were no meetings in November or December 2015.. Clint Taylor made a motion to approve the minutes and Steve Wright seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Thomas Clark Taylor for a setback variance at 1108 Hedgeview Way SW (Tax Map 57J Group B Parcel 43.00). Property is zoned R2 Low Density Single and Multi-family Residential zoning district (pg1). Ed Brown made a motion to approve and Steve Wright seconded the motion. Clint Taylor stated Thomas Clark Taylor was his brother, Clint Taylor had no interest in this property and would vote. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 12:02 P.M.
