MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEVELAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2016 AT 12:00 PM CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL BUILDING 190 CHURCH STREET NE The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals was called to order by Charlotte Jones, Chairman, at 12:00 P.M. Members present included Charlotte Jones, Clint Taylor, Ed Brown, and Dan Moore. Members absent included Steve Wright. Staff present was Corey Divel, Senior Planner, Jonathan Jobe, Director of Development and Engineering Services, and Darla Jenkins, Administrative Assistant. Others present were Joyanna Love of The Cleveland Daily Banner, Karen Colley, Bob Howard, and Evan Foster of Chick-fil-a, and Dee Burris of Burris Construction. Minutes of the January 12, 2016 regular meeting were presented for approval. Clint Taylor made a motion to approve and Dan Moore seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There were no Public Hearings. There was no Old Business. In New Business, a. Request by Dee Burris for setback variances at a property located at 11th St SE & Church St SE(Tax Map 57F Group H Parcel 1.00). Property is zoned R2 Low Density Single and Multi-family Residential zoning district (pg1). Clint Taylor made the motion to approve and Dan Moore seconded the motion. Voting 4-0, the motion passed. b. Request by Chick-fil-A for an impervious area variance at a property located at 3890 Keith St NW (Tax Map 42H Group C Parcel 1.03). Property is zoned CH Commercial Highway zoning district. (pg5). Clint Taylor made the motion to approve and Dan Moore seconded the motion. A vote of 4-0 passed the motion. There was no Staff Report. There was no Board Member Report. The meeting adjourned at 12:01 P.M.
