Street Light Recommendation – Requested by Councilman Estes (p. 21-24) a. Winnetawka Avenue, SE between 17th and 18th Street SE (Cleveland Utilities recommends the addition of a 53-watt LED cobra light and tree trimming as shown on map). b. Wilson Avenue, SE between 1040 and 1044 (Meets City’s guidelines. However, one light was dim and has been repaired). c. Alley between Blythe Avenue and King Edward Avenue between 16th and 18th Street, SE and between 9th Street and 13th Street, SE (per Public Works Department this is not part of the City’s street system and therefore have no street lighting). d. Alley between Wilson Avenue and Wiggins Street, SE behind 1345 (per Public Works Department this is not part of the City’s street system and therefore have no street lighting). VII.
