A. Final Passage - Ordinance No: 2015-29 – Abandoning an unopened section of
West Lake Dr NW (Planning Commission: Approved 8:0; 1 member late)

B. Resolution No: 2015-85 – Supporting an application to TDOT for the
Transportation Alternatives Program Funding for a project described as the Gaut
Street Area Sidewalks and Related Improvements Project (p. 17-22).
C. Street Light Recommendation – Walter Presswood located at 3300 North Ocoee
Street (Cleveland Utilities recommends no additional lighting; meets City street
lighting standard) (p. 23-24).
D. Street Light Recommendation – David Conley located at 633 Worth Street SW
and along 6th Street SW (Cleveland Utilities recommends no additional lighting
along 6th Street SW, as it meets City street lighting standard. Cleveland Utilities
does recommend the installation of four new 30 foot poles and three new 53-watt
LED street light fixtures along Worth Street SW and also tree trimming on Worth
Street SW near the intersection of 6th Street SW; which will be trimmed by city
