Ordinance No: 2016-08 – Amending Title 5 of the Municipal Code to add a new chapter and section relative to the Health and Educational Facilities Board and the approval process for payment in-lieu of tax agreement for tax credit housing projects (p. 53-57). C. Street Light Recommendation – Vice Mayor Poe at S. Ocoee Street from 1st Street SE to Inman Street (Cleveland Utilities does not recommend any additional fixtures; meet’s city standards. Levels on the roadway can be increased by replacing three (3) fixtures to 133-watt LED at a cost of $488.49 if upgrade is approved by City Council (An increase in the monthly investment account by $9.32 and $0.77 per month energy charge) (p. 58-59) X.
