CONSENT AGENDA a. Final Passage - Ordinance No: 2020-30 – Amending Section 7.A.4 of PUD4 Planned Unit Development regarding the buffer requirements for Spring Creek Highlands (Planning Commission: Approved 8-0; 1 absent) (p. 27-29). b. Reappointment – Richard Banks as Municipal Court Judge for a 2-year term to expire September 2022. c. Resolution No: 2020-68 – Declaring public safety employees of the City of Cleveland are substantially dedicated to the COVID19 response (Coronavirus Relief Fund under the CARES Act) (p. 30). d. Resolution No: 2020-69 – Approval of the Sanda Hosiery Mill PILOT Agreement (p. 31-37). e. Resolution No: 2020-70 – Initial resolution authorizing the issuance not to exceed $8.2 million in general obligation bonds relating to the ESG Lease for City Schools (p. 38-41). f.
