XI. STAFF REPORT ON CHARGES AGAINST A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE AND FINAL DETERMINATION
A. CLOSED SESSION. The Village Board may meet in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (f), Wis.
Stats., to consider the financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons and the investigation of
charges against a public employee which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse
effect upon the reputation of the persons involved.
B. RECONVENE. The Village Board may reconvene in open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis. Stats.
C. ACTION. The Village Board may act on items discussed in closed session.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
The Board reserves the right to open the floor to public input at any point during the course of the meeting.
