* The Village Board may exit this remote meeting and enter a separate remote meeting to ensure the
confidentiality of the closed session.
^ If the Village Board has adjourned to a separate closed session and has business to conduct in open session, it
will exit the remote closed session prior to taking action and reconvene this remote session using the remote
address posted on this agenda. Public notice of the decision to reconvene in open session will be posted at
www.clevelandwi.gov before the Village Board acts on matters discussed in closed session. If there is no
business to conduct in open session, the Board will adjourn directly from the remote closed session and notice
that the meeting was adjourned will be posted at www.clevlandwi.gov.
The Board reserves the right to open the floor to public input at any point during the course of the meeting.
