The purpose for this item is to provide an opportunity for Commission members to suggest topics for the Commission’s consideration at a later meeting. IX. ADJOURNMENT Notice is hereby provided that the Commission may open the floor to public input throughout the course of the meeting. Village Board members who are not also Commission members may be in attendance to gather information and participate in discussion about an issue over which they have decision-making ability. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
