Stats., for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility—Director of Village Services/Clerk-Treasurer/Director of Public Works. B. The Committee may RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis. Stats. to act on any closed session item described above. C. ACT ON ITEMS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION XI. ADJOURNMENT The Committee reserves the right to open the floor to public input at any point during the meeting. Village Board members who are not also Committee members may be in attendance to gather information and participate in discussion about an issue over which they have decision-making ability. This may constitute a meeting of the Village Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis2d 553, 494 NW2d 408 (1993), although the Village Board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
