The Committee may CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session—Offer to Purchase Lots 20 and 21, Parkview Subdivision, from Mitchell Contracting LLC and Lot 21, Parkview Subdivision, from Owen Jost; Sec. 19.85 (1) (g), Wis.
