Stats., to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session—consider offer to Bradley and Katherine Jaeger to purchase right-of-way on Birch St and easement for Birch St stormwater outfall. B. The Village Board may reconvene in open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis. Stats., to act on the offer to Bradley and Katherine Jaeger. XI.
