XI. CLOSED SESSION. The Village Board may convene in closed session pursuant to (1) Sec. 19.85 (1) (c),
Wis. Stats., to consider electrical inspector compensation and the Human Resources and Public Safety
Committee recommendation for the position of electrical inspector, and an employment offer related to same;
and (2) Sec. 19.85 (1) (g), Wis. Stats., to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice
concerning strategy to be adopted by the Village Board with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to
become involved, including consideration of joint action and letter of engagement with the Town of
Centerville—Dale TeStroete property condition.
XII. OPEN SESSION. The Village Board will reconvene in open session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (2), Wis. Stats.,
and may act on matters (1) and (2) discussed in closed session.
XIII. ADJOURNMENT
The Board may open the floor to public input during the meeting.
