Agenda Village of Cobb Personnel Committee Meeting Meeting Date: Wednesday, March 6, 2024 Meeting Time: 5:30 p.m. Meeting Place: Village Office 1. Call committee to order. Roll call. Certification of compliance with open meeting law. 2. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION – Committee may consider entering into closed session under Section 19.85 (1) (c) Wisconsin State Statute considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility – Clerk/Treasurer Contract. 3. MOTION TO RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION – Committee may consider taking a consensus to return to open session following the closed session to formally dispose of any issues discussed in closed session. 4.
