4800 West Copans Road City of Coconut Creek Coconut Creek, FL 33063 Meeting Agenda - Final-revised Public Meeting Wednesday, July 1, 2020 6:00 PM Virtual Meeting Coconut Creek: Unity in Our Community Virtual Townhall Forum The City of Coconut Creek City Commission will be conducting a “Virtual” Townhall Forum on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, beginning at 6 p.m. The forum will include a panel discussion for the purpose of initiating a dialogue related to improving social justice in our community. The City of Coconut Creek will utilize Zoom Video Communications as its communications media technology, in accordance with Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Order 20-69, dated March 20, 2020 as extended, related to conducting local government public meetings while under the public health emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). City Commissioners, City staff, and the public can participate through audio conferencing from their computer, mobile device, or by telephone. The agenda for the forum is available on the City’s Website. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
