Resolution R-26-65 a Resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Grant Program and committing local matching funds for FEMA-Certified Tornado Safe Rooms at city facilities. 3. Resolution R-26-66 a Resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Grant Program and committing local matching funds for emergency communication infrastructure improvements at the Coffeyville Police Department communication tower site. Ordinance S-26-01 an Ordinance authorizing the execution of a cooperation agreement between the City of Coffeyville, Kansas and Coffeyville Regional Medical Center for the levy, collection and use of fifty percent (50%) of the 2027 Sales Tax. 3.
