BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING January 10, 2018 – 8:30 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 8:35 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Chris Briggs, Council President Garry Nathan, Engineer Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Mayor Morse Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to approve a lease agreement between the City of Cohoes and US Small Business Administration Office of Disaster Assistance at the Library for no cost to assist residents and businesses affected by the fire. Kenneth Radliff seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 8:36 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Jim Bouchard made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kenneth Radliff. ______________________________________ Lori A. Yando, City Clerk
