BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING January 19, 2018 – 8:30 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 8:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Michael Durocher, Comptroller Garry Nathan, Engineer Chris Briggs, Council President Jim Bouchard, Treasurer ABSENT: Mayor Morse Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS Chris Briggs made a MOTION to approve the minutes from December 22, 2017. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members present voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Chris Briggs made a MOTION to approve Change Order #2 for the Cohoes Railroad Crossings Project for $5,517.35 from Barton & Loguidice. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members present voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Chris Briggs made a MOTION to award a contract to CFI Contracting, as recommended by Adirondack Mountain Engineering, Consultant for $498,400.00 for the Water Treatment Plant Filter No. #10 improvement project. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members present voted “AYE”. The motion passed.
