BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING August 1 2018 – 9:00 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 8:31 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Garry Nathan, Engineer Chris Briggs, Council President Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Mayor Morse Kenneth Radliff made a MOTION to approve the minutes from the July 6, 2018 Board of Managers meeting. Chris Briggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Kenneth Radliff made a MOTION to approve the letting of bids for the Cohoes Music Hall Marquee Blade Sign. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed.
