BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING October 12, 2018 – 10:30 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 10:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Chris Briggs, Council President Garry Nathan, Engineer Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Mayor Morse Accept and open bids for the Cohoes Music Hall up-lighting project. Bids were as follows: BIDDER ADDRESS AMOUNT DLC ELECTRIC, LLC 479 STATE ROUTE 40 $32,800.00 TROY, NY 12182 KASSELMAN PO BOX 984 $39,895.00 ELECTRIC CO. INC. ALBANY, NY 12201- 0984 MCBAIN ELECTRIC 2742 6TH AVE. $26,559.00 TROY, NY 12180 All bids were given to City Engineer for review and recommendation at a later date. Kenneth Radliff made a MOTION to award the Canal Square Park Site Improvements project to James H. Maloy, Inc. for $946,000.00 as recommended by Chazen Companies, Consultant. Chris Briggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. This will be passed on to the Common Council for approval.
