BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING June 7, 2019 – 8:30 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 8:35 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Chris Briggs, Council President Garry Nathan, City Engineer Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Mayor Morse Chris Briggs made a MOTION to approve the minutes from May 10, 2019. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve a quote from Trane to repair Module 1 and part of Module 2 for Library AC Unit. City share will be $14,416.00. Grant amount is $43,247.00. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 8:39 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Michael Durocher.
