BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING July 12, 2019 – 9:00 A.M. Common Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Chris Briggs, Council President Garry Nathan, City Engineer Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Kenneth Radliff, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Mayor Morse The only order of business was to accept and open bids received for the Columbia Street (NYS Route 470) Culvert over Eagles Nest Creek. Bids were as follows: BIDDER ADDRESS BID ADDENDUM BID BOND RECEIVED Peter Luizzi & 49 Railroad Ave. $798,565.20 Yes Yes Bros. Contracting, Albany, NY 12205 Inc. Bid was given to the Consultant for review and future recommendation. At 10:01 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Kenneth Radliff made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Chris Briggs.
