BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING June 21, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler President Adam Biggs None Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to Approve Quote from American Parks for Playground equipment in Sunset Park for $36,664.00. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to Approve Budget Transfers. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 9:31 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
