BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING July 5, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Shawn Higgins Michael Durocher, Comptroller None Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Jim Bouchard Shawn Higgins made a MOTION to Approve a AFSCO Fence for Berkley Park $28,800.00 Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to Approve letting of bids for Water Tank Rehabilitation project. Mayor Keeler seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 9:35 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Shawn Higgins.
