BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING September 9, 2024 – 10:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs None Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Accept and Open BIDS for Water Tank Project Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to Approve the extra work order from CHA for Manor Ave sewer separation project for $12,000 upfront. $349 after reimbursement. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to Approve Budget Transfers . Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 10:39 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
