BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING September 20, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs None Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to approve the Proposal for CT Male Design for City Hall Windows Michael Durocher seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to approve Cohoes Music Hall Exterior Restoration Project Spring Bid. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to approve Mike Durocher’s tentative 2025 Budget and Budget Transfers. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 10:00 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
