BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING November 08, 2024 – 9:38 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:38 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs Sharon Bulter Michael Durocher, Comptroller Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Michael Durocher made a MOTION to Award Water Filter Bed Media Replacement to the Lowest Bidder WMJ Keller & Sons of Castelton for $69,119.00. President Biggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve A E Design & Construction services by Adirondack Mountain Engineering for Filter Bed Media Replacement for $25,000.00. President Biggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. President Biggs made a MOTION to approve a change order for the Floating Solar Project leak work performed by Fane under DLC’s contract $20,938.00. Michael Durocher seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve the Auction of surplus vehicles/ equipment from DPW. Steve Hennessey seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 9:42 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by President Biggs.
