BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING December 06, 2024 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Council President Biggs Garry Nathan Michael Durocher, Comptroller Theresa Bourgeois Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Steve Napier- Request for proposals (RFP) Sale and Redevelopment of 169 Mohawk St. Cohoes, NY 12047. Council President Adam Biggs asked the question,” What if the Bank building ends up needing more work than expected”? Mayor Keeler said we have 2 and a half million towards repairing the new building. Council President Biggs asked Garry Nathan about the Bank building condition. Garry Nathan feels the 2 and a half million will cover the majority of costs for the Bank building Michael Durocher made a MOTION to approve a contract with Albany County to accept grant funds for Park Update Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. At 9:39 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
