BOARD OF MANAGERS MEETING January 10, 2025 – 9:30 A.M. Council Chambers The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. PRESENT: ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Keeler Garry Nathan, City Engineer Adam Biggs, Council President Sharon Butler Michael Durocher, Comptroller Jim Bouchard, Treasurer Steve Hennessey, Commissioner OGS ABSENT: None Acceptance of an award in the amount of $1,500,000 from NYS DOT Bridge funds and for the Mayor to sign the contract accepting this funding award which is for the design and construction of the repair/replacement of the Culver on Rte. 32/ Saratoga Street. Garry Nathan spoke and said that the repair has been needed and the $1,500,000 is capped but should cover the cost. Michael Durocher asked if we are doing the design first and then the bid? Garry responded yes. Sharon Butler said anything over the $1,500,000 would be a city cost. Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to approve the Acceptance of the award from NYS DOT. Michael Durocher seconded the motion. The motion passed. At 9:36 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Michael Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
