Mid-State cam across 2 drains that were in complete despair and both needed replacements. The 2 roof drains were removed and replaced with new. Jim Bouchard made a MOTION to accept the Change Order for the work on the roof of 75 Remsen Street. Council President Adam Biggs seconded the motion. The motion passed. Sharon Butler: To award the Bid to TimeKey Enterprises LLC for the City Hall window replacement Project- Phase 1 Mayor Keeler made a MOTION to award the Bid to TimeKey Enterprises LLC for the City Hall window replacement project Phase-1. Jim Bouchard seconded the motion. The motion passed. At 10:20 AM, with no further business to come before the board, Mike Durocher made a MOTION to adjourn, seconded by Jim Bouchard.
