MONTHLY MEETING OF THE COHOES CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION COHOES COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS MINUTES March 22, 2023 Present: Rose Vohs, Chairperson Sandy Bonkoski, Commissioner (via phone) Kimberly Cardona Commissioner Reghan Phillips, Secretary to the Commission Meeting called to order by Rose Vohs seconded by Kimberly Cardona at 6:02 p.m. REVIEW OF MINUTES – Monthly Meeting on 2/25/23 Kimberly Cardona made the motion to approve the minutes as published. Rose Vohs seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. CERTIFICATION OF EXAMINATION RESULTS – Police Aide #618540 Commissioners reviews examination results. Rose Vohs made a motion to certify the examination results. Kimberly Cardona Seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. REVIEW OF 2022 ANNUAL REPORT* Kimberly Cardona made the motion to approve the canvas, Rose Vohns seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. REVIEW OF 2022 ANNUAL FEES REPORT FOR SUBMISSION OT NYS CVIL SERVICE – Informational REVIEW OF UPCOMING EXAMINATIONS Fire Captain exams was requested. NEW BUSINESS Motion to adjourn made by Rose Vohs. Seconded by Kimberly Cardona. Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m. Next monthly meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on April 13, 2023.
