Council Member Higgins made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the May 14th,May 28th, and June 11th,. Council Member Soloyna seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. The motion passed. Resolution No.28 for the year 2024 A RESOLUTION TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT TO THE COHOES LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Council Member McCarthy made a MOTION to approve Resolution No.28 for the year 2024. Council President Biggs seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 28 for the year 2024 passed. A copy of budget transfers is attached. Resolution No. 29 for the year 2024 A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE STANDARD WORKDAY FOR APPOINTED OFFICIALS WITH SET HOURS, BASED ON TIMEKEEPING SYSTEM RECORDS. Resolution No. 31 for the year 2024 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTER-MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COHOES AND THE COHOES SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES. Council Member Soloyna made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 31 for the year 2024. Council Member Higgins seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 31 for the year 2024 passed. Resolution No. 32 for the year 2024 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MOHAWK AMBULANCE FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES. Council President Biggs made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 32 for the year 2024. Council Member Higgins seconded the motion. All members voted “AYE”. Resolution No. 32 for the year 2024 passed.
