MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2019 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting came to order at 5:32 p.m. Items Considered: 1. Charles Valenti was elected to the office of Chairperson for a term of one year by a unanimous vote. 2. Deborah Gilchrist was elected to act on behalf of the Chairperson in his absence for a term of one year by a unanimous vote. 3. The minutes of the July 30, 2018 meeting of the Board were approved unanimously. 4. The Board reviewed and approved the 2018 Annual Report by a unanimous vote. The date of the next meeting is to be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
