MINUTES OF THE MEEETING OF THE BOARD OF ETHICS OF THE CITY OF COHOES HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2020 IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL Members present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Member Excused: Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. Items discussed: 1. The minutes of the October 26, 2020 meeting of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Complaint No. 20-11- It was noted that the Board had contacted the Complainant twice seeking information pertinent to the Complaint but received no response. Therefore, the Board reviewed the documentation submitted by the Complainant. The Board voted unanimously to deny the Complaint since there was insufficient evidence to support the allegations in Complaint No. 20-11. 3. The Board tabled a Request for an Advisory Opinion by a unanimous vote since the individual who submitted the Request did not attend the meeting despite being notified of the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
