MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COHOES BOARD OF ETHICS, HELD ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 2021 CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE Members Present: Charles Valenti, Chairperson Deborah Gilchrist, Member David Emanatian, Member Erin Roditis, Alternate Member The meeting came to order at 6:15 P.M. Items Considered: 1. Charles Valenti was elected to the Office of Chairperson for a term of one year by a unanimous vote. 2. Deborah Gilchrist was elected to act on behalf of the Chairperson in his absence for a term of one year by a unanimous vote. 3. The minutes of the January 7, 2021 meeting of the Board were approved by a unanimous vote. The date of the next meeting is to be determined at a later date. The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 P.M.
