MINUTES OF THE COHOES PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD ON APRIL 11, 2010 AT 6:30 P.M. IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Joseph Moloughney Mr. Edward Carboni Vice-Chairman Clarence Badgley Ms. Sharon Gariepy ABSENT: Mr. Mark DeFruscio Mr. Jake Dumesnil CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 10TH, 2011 AND MARCH 14TH, 2011 MEETINGS Vice Chairman Badgley moved to table the January and March minutes until next meeting. Member Carboni seconded the motion which passed unanimously. CONSIDERATION OF A POOL AT 15 MAPLE AVENUE The Planning Board instructed the applicant to follow up with code enforcement for permits and reminded him of code requirements of at least 10' from side and rear property lines, which he agreed to. Member Gariepy moved to approve the pool. Member Carboni seconded the motion which passed by unanimous approval Member Carboni moved to adjourn with no other business. Member Gariepy seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
