This will be an in-person meeting that will also broadcast via Facebook Live, and YouTube
Live.
Citizens wishing to give citizen remarks during a Regular Session Council meeting can choose
one of two options:
Option#1
Sign in to speak by 7:00 pm on May 16, 2022, at the podium in the City Hall Council Chambers.
Option #2:
Submit an email with your name, address, and comment/remark to
pcomment@collegeparkga.com no later than 7:00 pm on May 16, 2022. The City Clerk will
read your name, address and comment into the official record.
Members of the Public who were unable to sign the Sign-In Sheet before the cut-off time
may be granted three (3) minutes to provide public comments; provided, however, that
such three (3) minutes of time shall not be donated to another speaker. No additional public
comments will be received after the Citizens Remarks agenda item.
RULES FOR REMARKS DURING COUNCIL MEETINGS
• Speakers must limit their remarks to no more than (3) minutes.
• Speakers must not employ tactics of intimidation, profanity, or threats of violence in
their comments. Anyone who demonstrates these behaviors will not have their
comments read into the record.
• (1) Specific topic may NOT be discussed during Citizens Remarks for more than 15
minutes.
• Members of the public who signed the Sign-In Sheet may donate time to another
speaker; however, in no event shall the total duration of time allotted to one speaker
(including donated time) exceed nine (9) minutes.

B. Consideration of and action on a request to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with
the Fulton County Board of Elections and Registration for provisions of Election Services
for the November 8, 2022, Special Election.
C. Consideration of and action on a request for approval to amend the resolution governing
rules of order and procedures for Citizen Remarks during City Council meetings.
D. Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget. This
is the first of two public hearings scheduled to receive public comments. The second will
be held on June 6, 2022.
E. Discussion and update on top ten delinquent utility customer accounts.
F. Discussion and update on top ten delinquent property taxpayers.

G. Consideration of and action on a request for approval on the financing terms of the lease
to purchase one (1) Pierce Enforcer Ascendant Fire Truck through Truist Bank.

Enforcer Ascendant Fire Truck from Ten-8 Fire Equipment at a cost of $1,549.000
