The agenda was reviewed and a motion was made by Ms. Bellamy to accept it. Ms. Stange seconded the motion. All in favor; no opposed. 2. Ms. Bellamy made a motion to accept the November 1, 2018 minutes. Ms. Stange seconded the motion. All in favor; no opposed. 3. AWC Report from Ms. Cooper a. AWC Donation Account - $9,638. This is a $200 increase from the November 1, 2018 meeting. b. Adoptions – all cats i. Buckskin ii. Tatiana c. Fosters/Petco – all cats i. Lady (AKA Pearl) – foster with Ms. Rodeffer ii. Mario & Luigi– at Petco d. Shelter i. The stray cat at the shelter passed away this afternoon. He had been found at 9200 St. Andrews Place. No further information was available. 4. Discussed the responses submitted to Mr. Brennan from the questions asked by Councilmember Kennedy. Please see the attached. 5. Discussed potential comments for the Municipal Scene. Suggestion made were ice melt precautions, appropriate shelter in cold months, and heart worm and flea & tick medication. Ms. Bellamy will write a draft and submit to the committee for review and comment. 6. There is a Coyote webinar on December 5 at 2:00pm. Ms. Cooper sent out a link to the committee members. 7. Next meeting will be January 24, 2019 at 7pm in Davis Hall. Ms. Bellamy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Ms. Rodeffer seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30pm.
