Miller, City Clerk; Sheryl DeWalt, Contract Secretary (Virtually) All were present and the meeting recording started at 7:00pm. There were technical difficulties and Ms. Miller tried to find another conference room to move those present at City Hall. Prior to the official start of the meeting, Ben Hovland was introduced as a new member and introductions were made of the committee. 1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chief John Payne at 7:12 p.m. 2. Approval of the June 14, 2022 meeting agenda Tina Batten made a motion to approve the June 14, 2022 meeting agenda. Cameron Thurston seconded the motion. The motion passed 5-0-0. 3. Adjournment Based on the continuous difficulties of hearing the members at City Hall, Tina Batten made a motion to reschedule the meeting. Yousuf Jaleel seconded the motioned to reschedule the meeting. The motion passed 5-0-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. 1
