The Agency’s Five-Year Plan addresses the Authority's 2023 Capital Funds, admission, goals and objectives related to priority needs, 1 operations and programs for the fiscal year. HACCP is developing its Five-Year Plan Page in compliance with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Quality Housing and Responsibility Act of 1998. Public comments are invited. The HACCP public comment period will begin on June 22, 2023, and the HACCP will continue to receive written comments until July 15, 2023, at 4:00pm.
